Where to put up money during crisis?

To the USA, world crisis of liquidity,  disorder with securities and falling of exchange quotations,  a political situation in the world and possible,  in the near future change of in the lead  political forces in the United States  very few people now leave hypothecary crisis indifferent and very few people is kept from forecasts  concerning the further development of a situation.  And as always usual people most suffer.
Let's discuss as well as where it is better to enclose the savings,  there can be among us,  will be skilled people in this question?

This is not much of a problem for me as I don't have much money to put away!

I know that if we hoard money or food in the times of crisis that it is prophesied by Ellen White, that 'violent hands' will steal these items away from us.  Our trust is to be on God and He will care for those who love Him.  It is said that their 'food and water shall be sure.'

Also we know that many will regret 'laying up treasures on earth' instead of laying them up in heaven which means, they will have invested their money and time in self-centred activities instead of in activities to help others.  Many will be very distressed that they did not support God's work (helping others to know about God and caring for those in need) when time was available to do so.  When the time does arrive that the people of God cannot 'buy or sell' we will see scenes that were prophesied when people will 'throw their money to the bats and to the moles' and wish they had have supported God's work while they had opportunity.  Some who will hold onto their properties and houses and refuse to invest the money into helping others will not be able to get anything for their properties when the time comes that they will not be able to buy or sell, but they will have to abandon their properties anyway and look for shelter outside the violent scenes in the cities and towns in every part of the inhabited world.
